The subject of banning was raised concerning alcohol as is being done at Bagby. No one has the authority to ban anyone from public land. However, if a person has committed a crime on public land, then criminal charges could be brought.
I have never had any bad experiences at the springs either.
However, I have heard about some random violence at the springs. People have talked about a guy down there with a gun and shooting it off. That is a problem. Or another time when I heard about two guys who were stabbed.
