It sounds like ya'll are desending into the Bermuda triangle of law enforcement again.DCHS is in the S.B. national forest. In S.B. county.Where S.B.sherrifs have authority,or should we call them the shure ifs. No let's not piss off our public servants.However! It sure is iffy when you call these guys out.Castrohas used this confusion to his advantage.Ranger Nelson ( of the blm ) has asserted athority over all these areas. But the blm is only a small strip of land north & south of Bowen ranch.And I am telling you ranger Nelson is Castro's STOOLY.I have seen people drive by the Bowen ranch on JF4 . Castro would send ranger Nelson out to harrass or ticket them 4 any old thing. I have even seen ranger Nelson give tickets in the national forest.There by reinforcing his Bermuda triangle.So in conclusion.Who do you call??? If you call Castro you may anger him. If you call the forest service they refer you to the blm. and ranger Nelson is Castro's STOOLY.And if you call the S.B.sherrifs dept. you get iffy service.So I say call the sherrifs and insist on service.And Stay out of bermuda.
