Today the Dictator said he was even considering giving Libby a complete pardon at some point. I'd say it would be a good bet that our Dictator will pardon Libby before he leaves office. The commutation gets libby out of prison time, and then the full payback for being the fall guy for Bush and Chenny regarding Plame Gate will be a pardon, so Libby can have a clean slate, and get back to doing business with his crimminal friends.
