To the average listener camping in a Federal park that incourages camping through out the National Recreation Area is not a crime. Except where this sign is poated "No Camping." As per Federal regulations.
I call them crime animals. They and we would be better off trying to catch the litter bugs out there. Because Lake Mead is one huge waste basket. So much so it grosses me out to put my boat in there.
