It;ll be interesting to see if the law passes. The big questions will remain ,however. How will it be enforced, and what will be the legal interpretation of a reasonable expectation of privacy. I'm glad the DCV Brochure and Website both include an Etiquette section which has a simple line item that says "Don't photograph anyone without their permission".

My wife and I have made love, hundreds of times in the Deep Creek area. However, never in the pools or even in the immediate vicinity of the pools. There are a million places to go upstream or downstream, and we've never been subjected to coitus interruptus due to a hiker, soaker or fisherman.
