Thanks for posting. I could not believe thr Governator's position on this issue. Can you imagine holding all haot springs to the same standards as pools or private jacuzzis. Who would be responsable to chlorinate the pools? And how often so that they still meet the state required levels in spite of the continual flow of water? This does not appear to be too well thought out.
If the bill was so easily passed by the State legislator, was this veto a tit for tat on another legislation or the budget for instance?
