DCV July meeting minutes

Saturday July 31, 1 pm

The meeting began shortly after 1 pm with Richard, Paul, Sycamore, and Ron attending, as well as two visitors. Other visitors joined us during the meeting.

Item #1) Membership and Funding Changes:

We currently have 28 members. Our current funds are $191.00.

Item #2) Banner Presentation:

Ron presents our new banner. It has a green background and yellow letters in keeping with the colors we see around us at the springs, and similar to our brochure box. It is mounted on a PVC pipe frame and is clearly readable from a distance. In the lower right corner is the logo of The Naturist Society in gray, with the note that we are affiliated with TNS. Our recent expenditure for the banner was partially offset by recently recieved donations.

Item #3) Website Updates:

One of our newest members has donated his time and expertise to improving our website. The website now features a link to the USFS site that covers the regulations at DCHS. In addition, memberships can now be completed electronically instead of printing out the form and mailing it in. Our information packet for new members has been made available in a PDF file for the convenience of new members who cannot open Word documents.
