I dont believe that Scott's issues are related to gun laws. Scott's trouble is the result of his disrespect of USFS regulations within the San Bernardino National Forest. Of course its easy for him to blame his troubles elswhere, but the truth is Scott is responsible for his own behavior. If he doesnt want people talking about his liquor store/ food concession at the hotsprings or on this website, keeping a much lower profile is suggested.
