Fencecutting and OHV vandalism continues

Its been reported that multiple occurances of fencecutting and deliberate tresspass are continuing in the Juniper Flats area. The OHV scofflaws are getting more brazen with their non compliance due to a complete lack of law enorcement from the BLM in the area. The Friends of Juniper Flats continue to document the widespread OHV non compliance in the area and are expanding our reports to include the USFS.
