So Katrina.....who is targeting innocent people with roofing nails and piano wire out in Juniper Flats? The real issue is vandalism is escalating . What does Katrina think of the solution proposed by Ty Davis? Violence and vandalism is not an acceptable solution. The BLM created the ACEC to protect a very small and unique place. Money was allocated for protection of this area and diverted into the pocket of one BLM employee in the form of excessive overtime. While this individual was milking us taxpayers, the OHV patrol he was supervising was creating an illegal motorcycle trail through the heart of the cultural area. The BLM certainly has some "tire damage" to repair here. The light is shining.
