I agree with LaughingBear. Let's start by our local authorities. Thanks to Sycamore, DCR, Wizard and LaughingBear for your proof reading and feedback on the letter I drafted this morning. I have made the proposed corrections and I will have the letter in the mail first thing tomorrow.
In regards to the DCV meeting for the 6th our hope is to get permission to have it at the springs. However, if this is not possible we are considering alternative locations. I will keep you posted. If this issue is not resolved by then we will definitely start considering other alternatives.
At this point, if anyone wants to right additional letters I suggest you send them to Gina Thompson and cc Brad Burns. Let's at least give them a chance to respond before we escalate the issue.
