To answer your question Rick......the squeaky wheel gets the grease. Applying public pressure through the media is an effective method to enact changes, especially if your case is documented and valid. I am all for technical OHV off road recreation and appropriate areas have been set aside for this activity. I am also an OHV recreationalist with a 4wd truck. I follow the laws in the area and stay on the designated roads. For the motorcycle crowd that likes to ride off road, I would suggest they go out to one of these areas and avoid Juniper Flats.
