Katrina is misguiding folks again. A review of old posts from Wizard describe conversations he had with CPS regarding the issue of nudity in front of children. Correct me if Im wrong Mr Wizard, the language in your posts indicated that you initiated a call to CPS yourself for clarification of the law.
Katrina seems to be an advocate of doing things in a legal and peaceful way. I guess obeying the law is now "way out of line" when it comes to her financial backers. She's right about one thing though...sex is a big part of the history of the hotsprings. Most of us regulars have seen lewd behavior at one time or another at those springs. So lets ask our legal eagle Katrina to quote us a statute from the California Penal Code regarding public nudity in front of children. How bout it? Is it legal or not?
