Laughingbear, everyone here on the forum can see that going directly to the link provided they can find out ALL about the subject of the laws against public nudity. So your accusation that I sidestepped this issue is clearly not true and further damages your credibility.

The law talks about "lewd" behavior while "nude". It is true that some adults down there on occasion have violated these laws and were lewd in their behavior. I don't condone this type of behavior in close proximity to the hotsprings and I think there should be actions taken to discourage it. Even if it is just nonapproval pressure from others at Deep Creek. Maybe DCV members could throw water on them. Otherwise, Deep Creek is not safe for children.

So, both you and Sycamorelaughing are members of DCV and one of DCV's main goal is to preserve the area as a clothing optional area for families. So, right now DCV has endorsed a goal that is against the law? DCV's goal is subjecting everyone at the hotsprings to possible arrest? What is DCV going to do to make sure that their goal complies with the law and that people are not in danger of being arrested?

Then there is this little situation where Wizard was uncomfortable because Jobe had his child out of his sight, a completely normal reaction. Wizard shared his normal concerns with you as part of conversation in the pools. Now you have blown this all out of proportion to attempt to paint Jobe with serious false allegations. Then with your broad brush you attempt to slosh that false paint even further onto Wizard and even I. You are so sleazy.

As I said before the crime of molestation against children is extremely serious and results in permanent damage to an innocent child. Making false allegations of child molestation against a person is extremely serious and results in permanent damage to an innocent adult.

This subject that you keep bringing up needs to be put to rest. Either you have evidence sufficient to make a complaint or you don't. If you do have your evidence, go file your complaint. If you do not have your evidence, then you should cease and desist posting about it anymore. Your reckless comments could result in great harm to innocent people.

Wizard and Jobe are not partners in the "alleged" scheme involving Bowen Ranch. It is only DCHS, Inc., Gail and William who are involved in the ownership of the Bowen Ranch. Wizard and Jobe just happen to have similar opinions concerning the Bowen Ranch, Mike Castro and access. So, because they have similar opinions that they developed independently, they are now part of this "alleged" scheme? Right.
