I could care less about your alleged claims to ownership. You don't own any property in the area, pay no taxes on any land in the area, pay no rent or mortgage on property, and have no leases on any property in the area.
Furthermore, apparently you and Wm Schwiss (sp?) were squatting on land and doing illegal things including trying to defraud the gov't regarding some sort of mining homestead.
Put simply, you are the aggressor here and even though I may not know all the facts, and in the very remote case your deed has any value at all, I'd still have to make an effort to obstruct your progress as Mike is in possession of the Bowen Ranch & buildings and I happen to like Mike.
I could just imagine the BS you'd try to pull as the occupant of the Ranch.
