I'll tell you: NONE.

You don't own land in the area, you never paid rent on the Bowen Ranch, you never bought any of the parcels in the area, you never paid a cent in rent or mortgages. YOUR NAMES APPEAR NOWHERE in the records of ownership. This is beyond dispute.

You have no previous or current interest in ANY PROPERTY in the Bowen Ranch area. And this 'deed' was never "for sale" per se, but was produced when and ONLY when Katrina approached THEM to negotiate a sale.

Even stranger is that the previous owners apparenly didn't even know they had any interest in the buildings, as Sycamore had indicated, evidenced by letters from the sellers of the deed specifically mentioning they had no legal interest in the buildings (but were willing to sell it to you anyway at your insistance & $1500).

Even if I don't know all the facts, it's clear to me: You've got absolutely NO JUSTIFICATION to claim the Bowen Ranch as your own -- other than your misguided assertions.

This is what really blows my mind. That anyone would be party to this kind of hostile, misguided, and perhaps even illegal action. As far as I'm concerned, this is just another form of TERRORISM and it needs to be squashed.

And I don't NEED to know all the facts, Wizard! And neither do YOU. Your claim of ignorance of the law is no excuse and it ain't flyin' here. You know exactly what I know but choose to ignore what appears as common sense to everyone else.

What you're trying to do is take what someone else owns by a contrived technicality, like some schister-lawyer with a hidden agenda -- which precisely describes DCHS, Inc et al, which includes YOU, Wizard.
