If you will notice Laughingbear all county real estate records currently are not showing who the current owner is. Check your parcel and you will find the same thing. They all say: Protected per CA. Govt. Code Sect. 6254.21

So, the only way to find out who is the current owner is to go to the County Records office or Tax office and find out in person.

Here is the link to the Tax Collector's Office, look under owner history and you will find Max and Rose Hoffman. The current owner's identity shows the same information Protected per CA. Govt. Code Sect. 6254.21.

If Fred Moss had an ownership of this interest of the Bowen Ranch buildings and land, then why do the records show that this interest was owned by Max and Rose Hoffman and the next ownership transfer was to DCHS, Inc.

Where does it show that Fred Moss ever owned the Bowen Ranch Buildings and surrounding 40 acres of land?

A separate parcel was created based upon the court Judgement issued in January 1977 and it was owned by Max and Rose Hoffman, Bekermus and Kapelusz.

That interest is what was purchased by DCHS, Inc.
