Sycamore, BLM lands, around the Bowen Ranch are legal to walk on. You have no real way of knowing if Jobe was on BLM lands, Rancho Las Flores lands, or Bowen Ranch Lands, since you don't know where the boundries really are. Just because Mike Castro may indicate where they are, certainly doesn't mean that he is telling you the truth about those boundries. A GPS survey would settle that argument. I do thing that Jobe should respect your space, like your campsite, since you have expressed that you don't want to be around him, thats understandable.
