The toll charge during Mike Castro's time occupying the Bowen Ranch, per person, has gone from two, to three, to four dollars per head. Also Mike Castro has advertised the Bowen Ranch in a variety of ways to bring in more CUSTOMERS, not just because he's a nice guy who likes to have people around. RAISING RATES and ADVERTISING, those are the actions of a business seeking to make MORE MONEY. A while back there was an article in the paper about some people running a similiar business, some folks were taking money for the purpose of allowing people to park on thier property, for vehicle security reasons. The county code enforcement came and said they had to have a business licence, and thier business had to operate legally, and meet county codes. These folks were apparently closed down since they could not afford to meet the requirments. This happened in San Bernardino county. Does Mike Castro have a business license? Does his business meet county code requirments ? Does he declare " any " of the money he earns from his business " These are all valid questions.
