Bear Valley Road travells through the stoplight forest. Where have all the old Joshua trees gone? There used to be a huge forest of them along Deep Creek road and they were all chained dragged out for a water sucking alfalfa farm that has since gone dry. The topsoil now blows on the wind.........And the dirtbikers continue to ravage the no vehicle areas of the Deep Creek drainage.
