Mike is indeed banned. It just got to the point of absurdity with his name calling spew. Remember too that the people posting here are not the only ones reading the forum and the image Mike was creating for us wasn't one I think any of us wants to project. Combine that with the threats he sent me in email and it told me he needed a timeout.
