I'm guessing that I might be included in your statement about fence-sitting, because I've tried to avoid taking sides, but most especially I've tried to avoid taking sides in what seems to me a personal argument in which neither side has been above name-calling and personal insults. I must confess that I do not know enough about all the arguments here to take a side in each one, but I think I have expressed my views about some things as I've considered them and come to understand them. (in other words, I do agree with your view on fence-sitting, but will stay on the fence at times while I try to figure out what's going on down there)
One thing about me, though, I don't like disagreements of opinion to be turned into personal attacks. I just don't see a reason for that. Also, some things are better said in person, and I've held my tongue here on the forum more than once because I wanted to wait to say something in person. In fact, I have a whole pile of things to say to a couple of people, but no fair saying who.

Well, I guess I better think of something negative to say to or about you now, otherwise it would be obvious that we are in some secret conspiracy with a hidden agenda. Oh, but I've no idea whether you enter through Bowen Ranch or not. If you do, watch out, because as soon as I can think of something negative, I'm going to let you have it!!
