You have to type in under the search the word "wilderness" and look for the Bill, California Wild Heritage Act or something like that. This is what it states about Deep Creek:

The 2.5 mile segment from 0.25 mile downstream of the Road 3N34 crossing to 0.25 mile upstream of the Trail 2W01 crossing, as a wild river. The 10 mile segment from 0.25 mile downstream of the Trail 2W01 crossing to the upper limit of the Mojave dam flood zone in Sec. 17, T3N R3W, as a wild river. The 3.5 mile segment of the Holcomb Creek tributary from 0.25 mile downstream of Holcomb crossing (Trail 2W08/2W03), as a wild river.
