I agree with Mike about the out-house at the hot springs. Education is the key to handling waste at the springs. This can be achieved through conversations, the hand-out Ron is developing, etc.
I have one correction though:

The NPS has closed/destroyed the historic out-houses at Saline Valley. They now have vault-type out-houses which the NPS built and must periodically come pump out. It's great that the waste is actually removed but I miss the scenic views and the graffati that the old out-houses had. Such a loss of art!
