Hi Wizard, yes I have been using a 25 inch long 1.5 inch diameter pool hose and I was using a snorkel to dive down to vacuum the bottom of the womb which is exhausting. I’ve been hiding the hose and scrubbers as well. I am about to upgrade the hose to a 3 inch diameter drainage hose which will only be two lengths of 10 feet that i will connect to make a 20 ft hose. Not sure if it will be enough length so I might have to get a bit more. The drainage hose is very inexpensive from grainger. I have been trying to figure out a way to connect the hose to some kind of pole in order to hold it down at the bottom without diving. You used duct tape? I also brought in a plug for the anniversary pool so now the womb, anniversary and phoenix all have proper plugs(contemplation may still have a water bottle).
One thing I did notice last time I was curious to ask about. There was what looks like a black irrigation hose maybe .5 inch diameter sticking out of the ground near the path above the anniversary pool that crosses the hot stream that feeds into anniversary. Its near where you can divert the water to the channel that runs above anniversary. I will take a picture of it next time, it seemsd like it was mostly underground and someone had pulled part of it out. Any jdea what it could be for?
Another quesrion I had was about the small pool that sits between the anniversary and the womb, is it a pool? Does it have a name? I’ve never cleaned it and it doesn’t have a pipe or a plug but seems like it could use one.
