Did it ever occur to you, that Mike patrols the area on his dirt bike multiple times a day when he's up at the ranch? He not only patrols his parking lot, but along JF3 & 4 as well.
And don't tell me he's got no right to be out there because for all you know, he may have an agreement with the BLM and U.S. Forestry to do just that.
That's why you see his tire marks so often most everywhere along parts of the roads.
You lack too much knowledge to be spouting off as you have in your other posts. You're following after Jobe making a fool of yourself.
