We really like the place, can't beat falling asleep with the waves crashing outside. Use Marriott points to stay here when we are in town, if have enough, as the property is part of their autograph brand. One of the few places that truly is "ocean front" as advertised. I read there was some controversy with it and delays but I think it will slowly help put some upscale pressure on the area. And I personally like the small family greek place across the street. Usually the owner's two teen daughters tend to it and do a great job. The restaurant downstairs is not bad either, especially their roasted brussels sprouts and hummus.
