I have almost been hit several times by other vehicles on the Bowen Ranch Rd, and I have seen many cars in accidents on it too over the years. Best to take your time and be patient. I love seeing those Great Blue Herons. One landed right by me once in a remote spot at Deep Creek and we watched eachother for quite a while, they are amazing birds : )
