Re: 6/20 Trip Report (Thursday)

Nice report, the trash problem is just amazing. I was doing some mountian biking yesterday near where I live and I saw where a person had cleaned up some of the turnouts on the road and had make these cool little " please do not liter signs." Very nice, and the turnouts had been a pleasure to ride by and not see a bunch of trash on the side. On my way down I saw the sign missing on one of the turnouts and stopped to see what had happened to it. There was some trash on the side and the sign had been taken out of the ground and thrown to the side. I put the sign back in the dirt and picked up the trash and took it 50 yards away where there is a trash container off the road. Amazing, as I road home I was analizing the trash problem and I have come to the conclusion that there is no solution. There will alwasy be" pigs" living amoung us that appear to be human.
