Undergrad was pretty much a blur for me. Studied smart but partied harder. Best years of my life on many levels. Studies after were kind of boring in comparison. Stanford is a great school academically just didn't have the same spirit save a few sporting events, so instead I would head over to Cal to unwind.
I'm not sure the signs would have much effect considering the target audience. It makes you think though why places like the Appalachian trail and others in Colorado, Utah, Pacific NW and even Tahoe don't suffer from the same problems like DCHS.
