Re: Trip report 7-6

Ibcalrr, I was at Deep Creek last Friday, but I did not go to DCHS. You may have seen my comment that I was close enough to DCHS that when I was hiking back out of the canyon late in the day I could hear some loud yelling going on down there at the springs. I'd rather hear bird calls, the wind in the trees, and the murmur of the flowing creek, so mostly these days I seek out quieter stream areas where I can enjoy the natural sounds and scenery of the Deep Creek Oasis :-)
