Note it's most interesting that you found that most of the 38 tents were thru hikers doing the P.C.T. from the Mexico end
& stopping while heading toward Canada. They're likely doing their thing (legally) - not just sneaking in for illegal camping
for the hot springs only Too bad some of them appear to be leaving a lot of trash.
