As Wizard, indicated, several years former BLM Ranger Barry Nelson actually did cite at least one person I know for hiking nude down the short section from Bowen to the USFS parking area. In theory, it ws entrapment, because Barry was waiting in the parking area and knew that my friend was hiking nude because Barry saw him at th top of the hill.

In this day and age, I think it is extremely unlikely anyone will be cited for hiking nude down across the BLM section. The new BLM rules only prohibit public nudity "at all developed sites and areas and all [Off Road Vehicle (ORV)] open areas." This area is certainly nor developed or an ORV open area.
