Luckily I know people who live very very close to the dam. Doesnt matter anymore because I wont be going to DCHS from now on. I would NEVER park at the dam or even by the 173. There are way too many fuckheads in this desert. Wizard is right as well....way too much graffiti on that section of the PCT. It makes me sick to my stomach. If I ever find a tagger in the wilderness im going to accidently start a rock slide and smash their skulls in (=
