Rob, because the creek is so high, you may not want to camp at Bowen Ranch because you won't be able to cross the creek to the hot springs. Instead you may want to utilize the Bradford Ridge Trail which comes down from the Arrowhead area and puts you on the hot springs side of the creek. There may be some camping locations near the Bradford Ridge trailhead, but I'm sure others who post here would know this better than I.
