All I need to know is can I pay my fine with this IOU ???
Government will continue to fail when they make money makers into money drainers. They HAVE TOO know you need more + signs and less - signs to stay afloat. Have they learned no thing from the mess they are in and have been causing.
I wander if Arnold is aware of this stupid debacle ? And if so can he or will he turn this all around for the good of his legacy and us freedom lovers ??
