For VBNsurf and other interested parties, the State Parks and Rec immediate plans for the nude beach at San O include:
* Replacing the nudity prohibited signs
* Engaging in an educational period through the summer
* Not enforcing the anti-nudity regulation until after the summer season.
Essentially, their plan for this summer is the same as for last summer.
BOTTOM LINE: You won't get ticketed for nudity at San 'O this summer. These short-term "solutions" will provide additional time for NAC to get their appeal prepared and to consider other actions.
Please feel free to come to the beach and enjoy the summer. As always, we need to be proactive in maintaining the peaceful, family friendly atmosphere at the beach by standing up for proper behavior.
