My light bulb just went off- Thanks to Joe's description of this guy at Blacks Beach. I've been a regular at Blacks Beach for years. This guy is an extremely selfish guy who several times would not allow other people to play on his volleyball side. The Blacks Beach regular volleyballers finally booted him out and he set up another volleyball court down the beach. He was very anal about raking the beach. At the time, he had a lady friend who was blonde, very tan and somewhat heavy. I don't know how she put up with the jerk. This was basically two summers ago. I haven't seen him at Blacks in the last two years.
Description wise-to add to what Joe said, this guy is about 6 foot maybe 6 2, short black hair, somewhat graying, an angry face, pretty thin, and (please don't laugh) a fairly good size penis.

I know some of the Blacks Beach volleyballers, and I will speak with a couple of them next week to see if they remember his name.
