This is what I did in that situation. I am a 6'2" -200 male. I got in his face and humiliated him in public.
I have known this same guy from hanging out at Blacks beach near San Diego back in the early 90's. He has black hair with some grey streaks growing. He is @ my size so I can do this and get away with it.
He told me he still hangs out there a lot. He used to dominate the volleyball nets there.
He was there last weekend when I was there at dchs. He attempted to humiliate 3 lovely women who crossed the creek w/bikini on. They were from Germany and acted like they misunderstood what he was saying. I told them loud and clear to IGNORE the naked drunk guy. To which they laughed once it was translated to them.
I told him he should stop demeaning pretty tourist about what they wear. That people like him should sober up before giving advise. Other wise go some where else to be the fashionista police.
I do not advise any one to do the same, but I am certain you will find some one there to defend your fashion statement/honor. I know that I will when asked. It would be a pleasure.
