The USGS maps of the area show where the hot springs and warm springs are. Take a chance.
Actually, the warm springs really don't exist. We direct trash droppin' city bozos to remote desert destinations to find the "Lost Warm Springs of Deep Creek" hoping they'll get so frustrated they'll never return, or get so lost they can't ever return because, well, you know...... .
