celt,..........you seem to look at the negative.
every time I have been there 99.6% of the people there have been very nice, and courteious.
I see many people taking their own trash out,a few "jackasses"dont.
I also see a few people taking out the trash left behind by the "jackasses".I know that shouldnt be the case but,thats just how it is.
have faith in the people.
And I will find that warm spring on my own accord!lol
