Bill, given that I'm in your age range and have also soaked at DCHS for years, I echo your sentiments. It always surprises me that some people have such little respect for the hot springs environment. Do they act the same way at home? Do they leave trash and broken glass all over their house? Do they graffiti the walls of their house? Do they shower with their clothes on? (OK, I couldn't help a little humor while I'm venting;-).

It's a different culture and a different mindset now than when we were younger. Sure, we had lots of fun and nude times, but we weren't destructive! And we would never even consider stealing somebody's clothes or water or food at the springs like what happens more often than not in this day and age.

I guess on the other hand we should be thankful that DCHS is not directly auto accessible. Then it WOULD be ruined by the drunks with their keggers and coolers full of beer.
