Wizard, thanks for the information. I guess we can't legislate stupidity and common sense. People know they can try to sue public agencies because of their "deep pockets". Of course this guy will never win this rather obviously spurious lawsuit. But it is really unfortunate because it forces USFS to do the signage at the springs to protect themselves from future ridiculous lawsuits like this.
