THE ANTELOPE VALLEY EARLY THIS AFTERNOON...AND WILL BEGIN TO OVERSPREAD
THE MOUNTAINS OF LOS ANGELES AND VENTURA COUNTIES THROUGH THE REMAINDER
OF THE AFTERNOON. THERE IS A LINGERING MARINE INFLUENCE ACROSS COASTAL
AND VALLEY AREAS THIS AFTERNOON DUE TO A RATHER STRONG EDDY CIRCULATION.
AS A RESULT...THE OFFSHORE CONDITIONS WILL DEVELOP LATER THIS EVENING
ACROSS THE VALLEYS RESULTING IN A SLIGHT DELAY TO THE ONSET OF THE RED
FLAG WARNING FOR THESE LOCATIONS. THE OFFSHORE FLOW CONDITION IS EXPECTED
TO STRENGTHEN AND DESCEND INTO THE LOWER ELEVATIONS OVERNIGHT AND SATURDAY.
THE STRONGEST OFFSHORE WINDS ARE EXPECTED BELOW AND THROUGH THE PASSES AND
CANYONS OF LOS ANGELES AND VENTURA COUNTIES. THE PEAK OF THE EVENT IS
EXPECTED TO OCCUR LATE TONIGHT INTO EARLY SATURDAY AFTERNOON...WHERE WIND
