The stated intent of the BLM is to have an open and legal route of access to the very popular Deep Creek trailhead as per WEMO planning. Of course, others who chose the Bowen Ranch option are free to do so as long as they pay the troll.....ooops, I mean the toll. The numbering system and route designation signs are post WEMO signage and indicate an open route. All routes not posted with a numbered sign ase closed to motorized travel. Foot and equestrian travel are permitted however.
