"On Wednesday, the Riverside County Planning Commission will vote on a new law that could limit the days off-roaders can ride."

California law states that tenants are entitled to "peaceful enjoyment of the premises."

In view of the above proposed legislation, future rental agreements should specify on which days that law will apply. Other days, neighbors would be free to blast their stereo and give their dogs a full day of protected barking.
