Thanks, Paul P. As you state, there are enforcement tools to ensure that residents have peaceful enjoyment of their premises.
However, OHV riders in Riverside County would be given exemption on certain days. Intrusive activity to include noise and dust would be permitted.
This disclosure should be mandatorily given to anyone who is considering buying property in Riverside County. I suspect it would immediately brake population growth.
