Good thoughts, Wizard and Paul. Sometimes you can't do anything about the people, but you can do something about the resource. Many times I've filled my daypack with other peoples's trash upon leaving DCHS, but at least the area is cleaner. Areas that are trashed out attract even more trash than areas that are clean. Your efforts are appreciated.
