If a trail in Juniper Flats is posted open, then it is a legal route of travel for a motorized vehicle. I have'nt seen J1299 posted as open. Just a few red closed markers that have been vandalized. We all know the story by now and there is a difference of opinion on J1299. Of course I have a personal intrest in this issue as it affects the quality of life in the area. I kinda like my "looney character" neighbors too.....they are really nice people and fun to hang out with. Someday I hope Arizona Mike finds some peace within himself. Life is too short to waste on being angry all the time. I think we will continue to enjoy our land regardless if J1299 is open or closed. The trees are growing and life is good!
