Its my experience that the hotpools will be fine with the diligent vacuming that Jobe does on occasion, and in keeping trash and other materials out of the pools. With the recent abundant rains the source flows are now running very strong so thats a big plus too. That white stuff that I've seen at times down in the void at the bottom of the Womb, under the cliff, was not a big deal, however, the big Crab Claw that tried to grab me a few times from that dark space was a bit scary :-)
